These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Points Pilot (“Points Pilot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the award-travel search service at pointspilot.org(the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Points Pilot lets you describe a trip in plain language and returns ranked award-flight options and bank-point transfer suggestions. The Service is an informational tool to help you find redemptions.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You sign in using a Google account, and you are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
The Service offers a free tier (a limited number of searches per month) and a paid “Pro” subscription at $9.99 per month, billed through Stripe. Pro subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal in the app; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. Prices and features may change; we will give notice of material changes.

Award availability, point pricing, fees, and transfer ratios are sourced from third parties (including airlines, loyalty programs, and partners) and change constantly. Results are provided for informational purposes only, on an “as is” basis, and are not a guarantee that a flight is available or bookable at the price or in the cabin shown. Always confirm availability, pricing, and terms directly with the airline or loyalty program before booking or transferring points. Points Pilot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any airline or loyalty program, and is not responsible for changes made by them.
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding third-party data and your inputs), is owned by Points Pilot and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal use in accordance with these Terms.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Points Pilot will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, missed redemptions, or travel costs, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
